YouTube plays the first video fine, but when I select any other video from the browser window I get multiple Firefox crash alert windows. Nothing happens when I click the "Close the Program" option in the Crash Alert. Firefox remains open and eventually after a slight delay, the video selected will play, but the crash alert keeps popping up. -Began yesterday (3/11/19), no known changes to browser or system -Refreshed Firefox (did not help) -Attempted in Safe Mode (did not help) Thanks for any recommendations.

"I think those are system messages." I believe your deduction was correct. I performed a system update and the problem has not repeated itself. Thank you.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I pulled the Crash Report in Safe Mode and the most recent listed crash was back in February. There is nothing listed for the multiple incidents yesterday and today, but I have included a list below.

I installed the Enhancer in hopes of solving the problem. The issue occurred before and after installing the Enhancer.

Additionally, the issue always throws the crash alert window four times and then the video will play. See attached images.

Thanks for your help.

Those reports look too old to be of much use. However, the images you posted are not the Firefox crash messages. I this those are system messages.

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
