What Firefox language version (locale) do you have? Are you using an en-GB version?
You can check the order of the installed languages.
- Options/Preferences -> General -> Languages
You can use websites like these to see how your location is reported via a reverse DNS look up of your IP:

Try google.com/ncr
It is not Firefox but Google doing the redirect.

Using a proxy or VPN might get you get located in UK due to IP.
Hi, please check this in case it got changed some how in your OS. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204690 and https://appsliced.co/ask/how-do-i-disable-location-services-on-my-mac
There is also posts on a google search that Location Services has stopped Working. If this is the case it would still show Canada but shoot you off to the UK. Should maybe follow up in your Mac Community Forum or Official Forum.
Hi,
A thing to try :
https://www.google.com/preferences
Scroll down to 'Region Settings' and check 'Canada'.

I tried the link above (http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/network-location/) and it shows the location of my IP as Ottawa, Canada. I am in North Carolina, USA. When I try to order something from Subway.com, it will not let me select any locations in the USA. Forces me to Subway.ca .
This used to work months ago and something changed and I cannot locate the problem. I've checked my language preferences and they are "English, United States".
There have been several Firefox and Win10 updates so any one could be the culprit.
Anyone have a solution to this problem?
If I go to (http://whatismyipaddress.com/) my location is listed correctly there.
Did you try to clear the cookies of that website?
Note that not all location services use the same database, so results can vary based on what service a website uses.

I tried clearing all cookies and all history and it did not help. I contacted MaxMind and they indicated that they "think" yougetsignal.com is using a corrupt database but said they do not push database updates and it's the responsibility of the site to update themselves or fix the possible corruption. The guy just said "Good luck" at the end of our chat session.
