Since the latest Firefox Versions I had the big problem not beeing able to load my localhost domains without beeing redirected to https, after lot of searching I've found this solution to be working (for those of you who are struggling to get it working as well):

1. Type in about:config in your adress bar 2. Search for: network.stricttransportsecurity.preloadlist and set it to false 3. That's it, you should be able to get to the normal http version of your site

What does it control, Security issues, if going to make suggestions please go all the way and do so but explain why, what as would do in a thesis. To blindly follow your recommendations is not a option as you do not full explore ramifications and issues after.
