My Firefox updated correctly to the Version 36.0.1 but the name on the desktop icon did not. I ran a Rename on it and the version is now correct but the Firefox icon has disappeared and I was replaced by a generic one from the usual palette of Windows 7 icons. How do I get the Firefox one back please?

Hi, try deleting it, then go to the Start Menu > All Programs, right click on Firefox > Send To > Desktop.

Hope that works.
