Firefox crashes whenever I connect my phone to the Internet
I only connect my phone to the Internet whenever I'm on my home WiFi network or a high speed Internet connection, hence I only use my phone's data connection part-time. But every time I connect my phone (a Starmobile KNIGHT X, running KitKat) to the Internet, Android always says, "Unfortunately, Firefox has stopped." Is Firefox optimized for those with "always-on" connectivity to the Internet? What are the possible workarounds for this?

Hi Bonarae,
Firefox shouldn't be freezing like that; it sounds like something's gone wrong.
Could you try removing Firefox, and then install it again? maybe with a fresh start, Firefox will be better behaved.
Warning: This will wipe all your Firefox data from your phone - including bookmarks, history, etc.
To do this:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Search for "Firefox"
- In the search results, tap Firefox to see full information
- Press the Uninstall button
- Once the uninstallation is complete, tap install to install Firefox again.
Let us know if this solves the problem!
