My thunderbird recently updated, now I cannot "send" emails?? help

Since I let Thunderbird update yesterday, I have not been able to send emails. WE have checked and rechecked the smtp settings. I can receive emails but cannot send. Help please. This is what I get:

The message could not be sent using SMTP server smtp.antrimcountytitleinc.com for an unknown reason. Please verify that your SMTP server settings are correct and try again, or contact your network administrator.
