Mailmerge no longer works now I upgraded to V4
Using Outlook as mail client and BT Yahoo as service provider. I open a word document which opens an associated access database containing email addresses and other details. When doing the merge normally after doing stage 6 I can open outlook and see the messages being sent. Since upgrading nothing happens when I do stage 6. Individual emails can still be sent/received but not using mailmerge. When I upgraded there was an MS file shown as not compatible or something and it offered to ignore or search for an update on the internet- I searched but no update found.

I don't think Firefox should affect a process that runs entirely in Office. However, in case it changed, can you verify that Outlook still is your default email client. One place to check is:
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Internet Options > Programs tab
I checked and that has not solved the problem. Thank you for the suggestion though.
