Since an update about 1-2 years ago, I have not been able to find any old emails and even my folders with the emails saved have been deleted. I need to access those old emails. I can find them in a list when I so a search, however, the emails themselves, nor the attachments will open. Can they be restored? The attached file is screenshots showing the emails listed after searching, but when I click on the blue link for that email, nothing is actually shows. This seems to be for older emails, but I had these saved in folders similar to that shown in the screenshot file. Please confirm how, if at all, these can be accessed and resaved/ Thank you, Lee

re :I can find them in a list when I so a search, however, the emails themselves, nor the attachments will open.

The search is using a global database (emails are not stored here) which is out of date as it still contains some old headers, but as the emails will not open, it means they do not exist.

The global database is out of synch with the current data and it should be repaired. See info on how to repair the global database:

The search mentions 'Saba Street' as a folder, but the image of Folder Pane does not show any folder of that name.

You would need to check your profile folder and post images showing contents.

Menu icon > Help > More Troubleshooting Information Under 'Application Basics' half way is Profile Folders - click on 'Open Folder' A new window opens showing the contents of your current Profile name folder.

Assuming the missing 'Saba Street' folder was in the 'Local Folders' folder... click on 'Mail' folder You should see a list of any pop account folder plus the 'Local Folders' folder How many 'Local Folders' folders do you see ? There should be just one, but there may be others with additional number. You would need to check all of them. click on 'Local Folders' folder to see contents. The view must show details, so you see columns name, modified date, type and size and also extensions. Post an image showing all the contents.

If the 'Saba Street' folder was a sub folder in the '188 Graham Road' folder: then you will see a folder called '188 Graham Road.sbd' - click on that folder to see contents post image(s) showing all contents.
