My subscription to Keto Cycle was cancelled twice in the past year. However I’m still being charged a monthly fee $40. I don’t seem able to convey my “Stop and Desist” taking the payment from my account. I’ve had a cancelled account for a year at least. I don’t know what to do. It’s like I’m talking to someone who isn’t English as a first language. Please help
