I cant access YouTube from Firefox on Mac book Pro and Mac book Air. I have cleared cache and cookies. I can access YouTube on Chrome on both he computers. Should I stop using Firefox?

Does it make any difference if you turn the DNS over HTTPS feature on/off? This article has information on that setting: Firefox DNS over HTTPS.

While you are in the Network Settings dialog, you also can select "No Proxy" to try to bypass any potentially problematic proxy server.

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site.

We can’t connect to the server at www.youtube.com.

If that address is correct, here are three other things you can try:

   Try again later.
   Check your network connection.
   If you are connected but behind a firewall, check that Firefox has permission to access the Web.
