Hi all

I have been using Thunderbird (current version 78.12.0 (64-bit) ) for some time now to access my outlook account. Today in the afternoon, all of the sudden, all my PCs using thunderbird lost their outlook folders. I have tried re-subscribing the folders, but when I press "ok" after subscribing, the selected folders are de-selected. I have tried removing and re-setting up my outlook account. I have tried looking in outlook to see if there is any sync setting blocking subscription of folders, but everything is ok and all the folders are there.

Is anyone else having this problem? If anyone had and managed to fix it, can you help me?

Thank you

I am having his problem late in the day, using 91.0b6

When I opened TB the folders, save Inbox and Trash, were listed momentarily and then removed from display. When I check folder synchronization all folders are unsynced. So I re-added sync to all folders, shut down TB, restarted TB, and TB repeated the above action - unsynced all folders.

I found the solution to this issue. In account settings -> server settings -> advanced > untick the options "show only subscribed folders" and "server supports folders that contain sub-folders and messages"
