Why is the option to "Include this server when getting new mail" buried under an "Advanced" button under "Message Storage"?

The Server settings include options to check for new mail on startup etc, but without the "include..." setting being ticked none of those worked for me. I am a user of many years but rarely add a new email account, and it took me ages to find it!

This should be shown under the normal server settings IMO: I cannot see that it is an advanced setting.

Because it is in the same location where you choose to set up a deferred (Global Inbox) type of account for POP mail accounts that use 'Local folders' as a collective mail account instead of normal POP mail account which uses it's own set of folders.

It is in the 'Account Settings' > 'Server Settings' under section 'Message Storage' where you can set the advanced settings for POP accounts which have settings that are not standard default settings.

These advanced settings have always been in the same location regardless of changes in various versions.
