I open Firefox and the page fills the whole monitor screen, but doesn't fit so that much of the info on it cannot be seen. I have to clik the top to move the whole page to see the info I need along the edges of the home page. I've tried resizing the web page manually, but it just pops back to the oversized page.

Hi, doesn't sound like a zoom issue (Ctrl and + key, or Ctrl and - key). More - Font size and zoom - increase the size of web pages. But you may be in Full Screen Mode: Point to the top of the screen, then right click > Exit Full Screen Mode. You can also press the F11 key, but depending on the configuration of your computer, you may also need to hold down Fn at the same time. More - Use Firefox in Full Screen mode.

The Full Screen button should also be in the 3-bar menu. More - Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars.
