When I log in to my Thunderbird email and enter my password, I get this message:

I have "tried again" over and over.

Maybe you have incorrect settings?

incoming POP server: mail.twc.com on port 110 (POP) or 143 (IMAP), Connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = [email protected]

outgoing SMTP server: mail.twc.com on port 587, Connection security = none, authentication = password, transmitted insecurely, User name = [email protected]

Some users have suggested the problem is with POP accounts being accessed by other devices such as phones, but I suggest you try the above settings first.
