https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/?utm_source=firefox-browser&utm_medium=firefox-browser&utm_campaign=plugincheck-update Never loads, this is an on-going problem with the last several versions of Firefox. In addition to the new version deleting my add-ons/plug-ins/, now Firefox is making it difficult to get them back.

Hi GregII, I am happy to help, I would first recommend clearing the cache of that site from about:permissions.

  1. Put "about:permissions" into a new tab url
  2. Search for all entries of mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck
  3. Click on 'Forget this Site' and restart Firefox.

The page does work for other computers as far as I have tested. Also consider Safe Mode or disabling extensions one by one to make sure its not interfering: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
