try with this guide: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-troubleshoot-prevent-and-get-help I see a strange component of your firefox as npmnqmp 989898989877 What is this?
I have no idea what it pertains to.....I'm not a computer wizard so bear with me....do i need to re-install firefox?
