Why does the firefox downloader only download advertisements and not the video?
I downloaded the streaming video downloader ad on, but it only downloads the advertisement that plays before the video (not youtube) and not the video itself. Please help!

For proper use of the add-on and support for it, contact the developers (help website) of the product.
You can check for problems caused by other extensions and only leave this extension enabled.
