Since Firefox did an automatic update to 13.0, I can no longer load my Yahoo hope page. I get the above message and have to click OK several times to get rid of it and get to my home page. I see this is a common problem, but no real solutions and most of the threads about it are locked now. What is going on? Where can I go on Mozilla to downgrade back to version 12.0?

Hi,

Please try a Ctrl + F5 refresh of the page. You can also try to Clear Now the Cache, Cookies, and Site Preferences in Tools (Alt + T) > Clear Recent History.

If the problem persists, you can also consider the Reset Firefox feature via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information.

Thanks, but I already tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies and resetting my home page. None of it worked. I figured out a way around it though. I selected the option to make this my new home page. It's not the same customized page that I had, but at least the annoying message and locked page is gone. I'll get used to the new layout.

ETA: Once in this main Yahoo page, I clicked My Yahoo and my old customized page was still there. Then I made it my new home page. So far, no more "We've noticed" windows. I did try this before, but apparently I had to make the main Yahoo my new home page first, and then go back and make My Yahoo my home page again. Whatever!  :)
