Hello, I have had Firefox 11 crash on me several times today. Every time I have attempted to go to latimes.com or a subpage, or CheapFlights.com or a subpage, it crashes my browser. Both pages open in Safari. I've updated my Plug-Ins, I have checked for any Mac software updates, I'm all up-to-date on everything and it keeps crashing.

Hey vitality21,

Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.

There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article. If you've recently upgraded, you might want to check out this article as well.

Hopefully this helps!

Matt_G, thanks for responding. I neglected to mention I tried the SafeMode trick and it still crashed. This is my first time posting on Mozilla, so apologies.

I didn't see this problem listed as a Known Issue either. I was hoping maybe someone else had experienced the same problem and knew how I could fix it.

vitality21, can you provide the latest crash IDs (bp-...) from the about:crashes page?

I don't have one. And it crashed again today. I wouldn't normally care about these websites, but I have an online job that requires I visit these sites. When it crashes my browser, I get a pop-up asking to submit a report to Apple, but nothing about submitting one to Mozilla.
