Firefox does not delete cookies when closed.
I have my options set up as follows; Custom settings for history Accept cookies from sites Accept third-party cookies until I close Firefox Clear history when Firefox closes - with every option to clear checked.
Firefox maintains cookies. No history, but cookies remain.

Changing to another profile solved the problem. I did go back with my original profile and disable all extensions and re-enable one at a time. This seems to have resolved the problem. Thanks!
You are welcome!

It doesn't clear all current history. After I press clear all current history, then I checked Firefox/Aurora History tab, there is still display my previous recently opened website...Please fix it.
Thanks

I did set up another profile, and this resolved the problem. I went back to my original profile, however, and disabled/re-enabled the extensions one at a time, and this resolved the problem without a complete profile rebuild.
Glad to hear its working!

Still doesn't work.
Hmm...This is very strange...When I use previous version 5.0.1,there are no such issue related with that problem...
Well,I run it at Safe Mode, and tick all Make Changes and Restart problem still there...Even create/delete profiles still the same...only at Safe Mode, then problem solved. Maybe there is some bug issue on this new version? I have tried version 6.0,7.0 beta and Aurora still the same. When I use previous version 5.0.1,there are no such issue related with that problem.
I hope Firefox developer can look after that problem and got fixes on new version release.
I like Firefox and Aurora more than other internet browser. :)
Thanks.
P/S: You can try to step by step configure to look after that bug -> Privacy - History -> Firefox will: [never remember history],then continuous click 5~6 times clear all current history - [Clear Now] button after that, open new tab and input whatever website and close tab, repeat previous step now click one time [Clear Now] button, then check History tab,you still can find your previous opened website stored there.Sometimes, when you browse a few website, then even first time click clear all current history - [Clear Now] button still doesn't work.
You are misusing Private Browsing mode by doing that and in that case Clear Recent History won't work properly.
If you are in PB mode then you get a new set of session cookies that doesn't affect the currently stored cookies from a regular session. Those cookies are restored once you leave Private Browsing mode.
I'm not in private browsing mode.
I set up a new profile and it corrected the problem. However, I went back to my old profile and disabled/re-enabled each of my extensions, and tis resolved the problem.
Thanks for the answer.Problem solved. :)
Downloading another browser solved this problem. Goodbye Firefox.
