updated to fire fox 5.o cant use netlix now what can i do 2 fix this!?!

i run windows vista i have a Toshiba satellite laptop a205-s4629
i called netflix they said its a fire fox issue and to down grade to version 4.0 how do i fix this problem?

if NetFlix support team said that you need to Downgrade to version 4.0 then its a compatibility issue. The NetFlix add-on is incompatible with Firefox 5.0.
When I try to watch netflix I get an incompatibility statement but I have an OS X 10.4.11 which is supposed to work. I was told I had to disable rosetta by the tech support at netflix and when I go to 'get info' in applications there is not an option to go into 'sharing', I tried another fix suggested here and there was no option to change the 'bit' when I go into applications. I am not a computer whiz...any help is appreciated!
