Trouble with oppening Mozilla
After I saw That I must didn't finished to upload a new version of mozilla (that was showed in tools) I've clicked it and.. began to save.. after that I choosed to restart my pc Later and I did that but.. now I can't open Mozilla because I receive a message that tells me that... I must restart my computer ("your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now ? " ).. and I also can't unnistal it:|.

You should be able to resolve this by resetting the software update feature by deleting the files and folders as shown in the section entitled "Software Update not working properly" at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Software_Update

Thank you for your help. I resolved the problem with.. removing all mozilla docs with an program then.. I downloaded it again.

I need to do this...in Windows 7...for Firefox 3.6.10. Please help?
docoorah, it is the same procedure for Windows 7 as I posted above.
There is no Mozilla Firefox folder on my PC. Everything is uninstalled. Shut down, rebooted several times. Still getting the same error. So now what?
Add tried it, but no use, again showing the same "your computer must be restarted to complete a previous upgrade of Firefox. Do you want to reboot now ? "
Really im suffering a lot because of this problem..help me to resolve this...
