POP not pulling old emails from server
I have set up Thunderbird to connect to my ISPs email server. I have 22,470 emails that will not download, from April 2022 - April 2019. Is there something in T-Bird I can set to force these to download? Or is there something wrong on the ISP end?

This is one of those occasions where the ISP, or more specifically their choice of mail provider is relevant.
Google for instance and services contracted from them have server side settings around what mail is offered to POP.
Other providers like outlook move mail to a POP folder after it is downloaded the first time so it is never in the inbox again to be downloaded on a second instance.
