Thunderbird update
After the 91.1.1 version update, I seem to have lost the "Send to mail recipient" shortcut link. I'm using Windows 10. Right clicking on a file gives a drop down menu that includes "Send to". Hovering over "Send to" gives another drop down menu, which used to include the "Mail recipient" option. This latter option has now disappeared. I have checked that Thunderbird is my default mail app. I have checked that "Mail recipient" still appears in "Shell:sendto" and that the file is not hidden. I have had an hour session with Microsoft live chat. All to no avail. I can only assume that the problem lies with the Thunderbird update. Any suggestions or ideas?

I updated to V91 and I still have the menu entry and to make things even more exciting to me I find it works for the first time ever.
I did however have to manually set the default email app in windows Settings.
You might want to check that Thunderbird is set as the default in the Choose default by protocol settings of windows. I found a number of URL's in there that included Thunderbird in their name where the default was not Thunderbird. But the most important is the mailto one.
Thank you. I had already set Thunderbird as my default email in both app and protocol. The short-cut still does not work. It is possible that the problem began when (by mistake) I reset the defaults to Microsoft recommended settings. I have set everything back to Thunderbird that I know about but maybe I've broken a link somewhere........?
about the only other thing I can suggest is getting Thunderbird to check from preferences that it is "integrated"
search integ in the preferences and click the Check now button when it appears.
Download and run the 91.1.2 installer, choose Advanced setup, set TB as default, don't run TB at the end, then restart the computer (important). Check if Send to - Mail recipient works.
