The browser hangs while loading pages for a few minutes, then works fine for a while and the same thing again. The crash description says: MOZ_CRASH Reason (Sanitized) Shutdown hanging at step profile-before-change. Something is blocking the main-thread. What can I do to fix the problem? Reinstalling the browser did nothing

Update the Trend Micro programs. If the problem continues, disable them.

A 'shutdownhang' means something is not closing or responding.
