The form tag's autocomplete attribute is "on"; Firefox at some point in the past saved my passwords for accounts.intuit.com and mint.intuit.com, but even though it uses the same username/password (since they're all Intuit single sign-on), it either won't save the password or won't fill it (it does fill my username however).

What's the explanation for this? Please don't say that the form has autocomplete off because as I said it's already on.

Are you using any password add-ons/programs?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Did you check the right-click context menu (Fill Password)?

Nope.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode

Tried that... no password prompt for turbotax.intuit.com nor myturbotax.intuit.com

Both forms have normal form tags with autocomplete=1 attribute.

That says (No Login Suggested), and clicking View Saved Logins doesn't have turbotax.intuit.com nor myturbotax.intuit.com on the list.

I don't know how to get Firefox to prompt to save password for these forms, even though they both have autocomplete=1 as their form tag attribute. It won't prompt even if I click "Remember me" on the forms; it saves only the username.

The other forms accounts.intuit.com and mint.intuit.com have now saved passwords, but I'm not sure how, maybe they had some other form that prompted, I don't remember exactly, but they do have a lot of login pages, thankfully logging into one logs into all, but it's annoying not getting the prompt for the turbotax forms, and I'm not seeing how it's Intuit's fault.

Have you contacted their support?

There are some web pages that do not allow browsers to record or fill in the log-in information.

But if you go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) you can try a Form Filling add-on. I found that the form-filler add-on I use is not affected.
