I store all my data files on one drive so I can back up the data easily. How can I get the inbox to that data drive?

I have a data drive where I store all my data files so I can easily back up the data by backing up that drive. How can I move the inbox to that data file so it is also backed up?

It is recommended to backup the entire Thunderbird profile. This is as simple as copying a folder. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_backing-up-a-profile

How can I move the inbox to that data file so it is also backed up?

While this would be possible, it wouldn't make sense. You'd backup Inbox only, and not the profile.
