I have emails from many customers and I may want to add comments to some emails from them such as what progress I have made or what I told them last on the phone etc. Ideally I would like to see a small icon to show that there is a comment available for that email. This could easily be stored on the client machine itself or on a drop box folder if I need to see the comments across machines.
