I can get the star in a bucket sign and the cog and most visited at the left side but nothing else I previously used to just right click in the toolbar and create a new folder and it would stay there or I could add the bookmarked page to the toolbar this is a new pc and managed to move my bookmarks across

Hi Thank you. Did not work so knowing it was possibly a corrupt profile, I found where the profiles were, uninstalled firefox, deleted the profiles and then restarted PC. Reinstalled Firefox and it works. Will reinstall bookmarks manually

Hi something is corrupted I would say. please try this : Refresh but Note that this does more than uninstalling and re-installing does. Normal uninstalling does not remove some preferences which may have become corrupt. Please Refresh

then

TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:

If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
