I have Firefox on my PC and on my laptop. Both are signed into sync, but my laptop won't sync. In the menu, on my PC I can click on the circular sync icon and it will sync. On my laptop, when I click on it, nothing happens, even though the sync tab shows I am signed into my Firefox account.

more options

You can open about:sync-log via the location bar to see if there are recent error logs available. You can upload a recent log if the log is too big to put in a reply.
