Thunderbird How to split the folder column and add the address book in the new pane
I have seen this done but I don't know how to do it. I wand to put a horizontal line below the folders in the default view and add my address book in the new empty pane.

There is an add-on for that.
I have not used it, but I just installed it and it appears to work. http://extensions.sanjer.nl/index.php?page=tb_cs_prerelease
It is given as a Version 14 and up and it appears to still work. At least I have a contact pane.
