I keep trying to access my Blackboard for my college and it is not working. It does however work if i access another college's blackboard. I tried:

Refreshing firefox from the Mozilla Support Page Clear cookies and cache Turn of avast completely for 10 mins Searching it in google and not using bookmark On a different browser (same message)

None of these worked. I had this problem twice today, last time i restarted my computer it got fixed and it came back. I dont wanna keep restarting my computer tho. I currently have no add ons.

Also I kept using chrome till I switched to Firefox a week ago. Thats the first time i got the error (never got it on chrome) but now, when i try it on chrome, I get the error too.

Now, I think after I tried the mentioned methods to solve my problem, the error message changed to "Connection timed out" instead of Secure Connection Failed
