To get my problem addressed you said you sent me an email to confirm my email address. The whole problem is that I can't logon because of password problems.

You have a serious problem with reset password. Think about it.

I deleted duplicate topic https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1123796 because it contained person info and was a duplicate.

Note gwathen hasn't activated email for SUMO so it's questionable whether (s)he will see a response here.
