using remot acesss to get in my phone and read my text recod me and even take pictures as using phone and when not.

I have a super developer that has all my phone iemi, ip address, phone make and model everything he needs. He is a 4th generation creative licienced. He use his PC AT WORK, they are under ICANN also IANNA known. I am on a Samsung galaxy core prime same as him. He plugs his phone into the pc and remotely already overwritten certs on my phone enabling him to do so. Its a third party which you have to agree in order to use smartphones full ability. I have norton security but his certs were already in phone when i got norton security. I need to stop him. I have written creative for him abusing his licence...nothing done because of going threw such a powerful system at work i dont even think he can be found not by the company can he?? What can i do to protect myself and my personal life using my phone. Is there something i can install to wipe him off of controling it. I am not hugely smart on this but after years of him and his mother that also owns her own bussiness and her work computer i feel like i am fighting a something bigger than life. Please help me. Sincerly mkg1. If nessesarry i can provide you with much more info. Also he sets my phone to redirect if its a page he does not want me in. I am willing to even bring this to court i cant keep fighting this alone. Please help me. Thank you. We try only to use are devices in the kitchen only because of this.
