Sorry, never used that extension - not familiar with it. Developer contact info is in the right-column of the download page, to the right of About this Add-on. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/censureblock/

Did you look in the Firefox Password Manager?
- Tools > Options > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
I just figured a way to delete it from the computer without the password.
