Whenever I click the back button, the browser will go back a page and also open a drop down of past pages. This drop down won't go away until I click somewhere. It is irritating and it never used to have this functionality. In fact, my laptop at work does not do this. I am using 37.0.2. Is there an option somewhere to disable this? I don't mind having the drop down, but not EVERY time I click back.

Do you face this issue elsewhere? Like in other browser or in other applications like MS Word etc.? I just would like to know if this is a firefox issue or the mouse click issue?

Note that the Tab history drop-down list opens when you hold down the left mouse button for a longer period, so you may have to release the left mouse button quicker to avoid this list form opening.

One user was on a touchpad, I don't know about the other user. Are you experiencing anything like that?
