Whenever I print an email from Thunderbird I get a pop up box that says Thunderbird quit unexpectedly with the options to send a report, reopen or ignore. However Thunderbird never quits... If I click ignore then the file prints with no difficulty. A second pop-up box comes up during the printing but again if I click ignore Thunderbird goes back to normal. At no time does Thunderbird actually quit or crash. There is just a long delay before the print job starts, and I have to twice click on the "ignore" button on pop up notices. This is an annoyance each time I print anything in Thunderbird. This happens every time. It doesn't matter what printer I print to.

I am using a MacBook Pro. OSX 10.9.4 Thunderbird 24.6.0 Printing wirelessly to an Epson Workforce 545 and wired to a Canon MF4350d

and do you submit the report? If not do so and perhaps we can have a look at it.
