i dont remember my password for my email!

this message keeps coming up when i try to get my email "Enter your password for [email address removed by Moderator Andrew]:" but when i enter the password i thought, it keeps saying it was incorrect and will not give me the option to reset it. my husband and my daughter both get their mail just fine. help! tiffany

Hi tiffrederick,

You can check the passwords that are stored in Firefox in plain text in this menu: Firefox > Preferences > Security Firefox> Tools > Options> Options > Security

and click on the button "Saved Passwords" There you can filter by site and click "Show Passwords" to see the password that is stored. However if it is incorrect, you will have to go through the account recovery process that the email offers.
