What are the steps to add a URL icon to my home page on my laptop? I currently have two rows of icons for URLS for websites like: Amazon, eBay, Canadian tire, VirginMobile, etc., etc. I want to add Facebook to this group. How do I do it?

By editing a top site on the new tab page, you can set the icon that is displayed. This support article should help:
