I can't reply to messages rec'd in my gmail accts; started a few days ago

using Firefox on Windows 7 computer... just in the lasts few days, i cannot select reply to on a gmail message and reply. I can type in the reply, but cannot send the email. My gmail account also freezes when this happens all I can do is close the account, exit Firefox and restart my computer.

What is this about??? Firefox is updated to latest version...need help work from home on this computer.

Can try checking issues in Safe Mode : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode

You can try refreshing Firefox so will need to save bookmarks, passwords You can do this by https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-firefox-stores-user-data

Refresh as it cured someone else this week. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings
