Is there a way to turn Filters off? I don't want to lose them

I have my email REALLY locked down. Only about 2 or 3 people can reach me. However, I need to turn it off for a while because of a message that I'm expecting. I have spent a LOT of time making the filters and don't want to lose them. Is there a way I can just turn them off?

Just thought of something... I have the addon for exporting filters, I could just export, the delete. Would that work?

Each filter has an on/off checkbox.

Or, perhaps quicker than exporting your filters, you could move or rename the msgFilterRules.dat file in each account's folder.

Thank you very much, I will use that next time. This time I just exported the filters, the deleted them. But that makes me a little nervous.

I've put a ton of work into my filters. I get somewhere between 150 and 200 emails a day. and I only want to get email from 2 or three sites :)

I'm going to mark this as solved if I can see how :) thanks a bunch
