All of a sudden my home page does not show up. Firefox opens, but it looks like it goes off the screen to teh right. THe icon is highlighted to show it is active but it is not visible. WHen I close it via the icon, there is a streak that goes from teh right of teh screen to the tool bar and disappears. I have LOTS of info stored on my bookmarks that I cannot lose. I did follow one sits advice and uninstalled teh program and reinstalled. It didn't help. HELP ME PLEASE! I have to have my Firefox back!

You may have a corrupt xulstore.json file.

Type about:support in the address bar and press enter.

Under the page logo on the left side, you will see Application Basics. Under this find Profile Folder. To its right press the button Show Folder. This will open your file browser to the current Firefox profile. Now Close Firefox.

C:\Users\==<UserName>==\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

Locate the xulstore.json file. Then rename or delete it. Restart Firefox.
