Newly downloaded and installed Windows 10

Printing allowed from Internet Explorer, but not from Firefox, which is my default browser; Microsoft mischief?

Notes:

Printer (Oki MB471) prints from other programs, such as WordPerfect and Acrobat.

Manual download of Firefox update did not solve the problem.

Firefox menu does not show a print option.

Does { Ctrl + P } initiate printing?

No. Control P results in the same message: An error occurred while printing.

The Firefox menu does not show a print option of any kind.

The config procedure did not work.

You can tap the Alt key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar.

Tapping ALT resulted in no visible response. Tapping F10 was likewise ineffective. If either would have resulted in the appearance of the menu, could the menu have been different from the print-deficient menu that appears when the menu icon is selected?
