Krijg bij opstarten melding van opening via QV06. Hoe verwijder ik dit (virus)?????
Heb bij extra/opties én op de PC bij internetopties de correcte startpagina (Google) opgegeven, maar telkens blijft deze pagina (QV06) terugkomen. Hoe kan ik dit veranderen en hoe veilig kan ik nu nog via deze (virus?) pagina op Mozilla blijven werken?
Chosen solution
Step1: Reset all the Browsers. Internet Explorer
- Open Internet Explorer on your computer.
- Click on the Gear Icon at the Top of the Browser window and click on Internet Option.
- Go to Advanced Tab.
- Click on the reset button.
- A Dialogue box will pop on your screen.
- Click on the check box to delete all your personal settings.
- Click on Reset Button.
- When Internet Explorer finishes resetting, click Close in the confirmation dialogue box and then click OK.
- Your browser is now reset to its default settings.

Firefox

- Move your mouse to the top of the screen. Right Click and select menu bar.
- This displays menu bar.
- Click on the Help Menu.
- Now, click on Troubleshooting Information.
- Click the Reset Firefox button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.
- To continue, click Reset Firefox in the confirmation window that opens.
- Firefox will close and reset to its default settings.

Chrome
- Click the Page Icon at the top right corner of the browser.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings Link
- Scroll down and find the "Reset browser settings” section.
- Click Reset browser settings button.
- In the dialog that appears, click Reset.
- Close and Open the Browser again.
- Google Chrome is now reset to its default settings.

Step 3: Remove any unwanted softwares
- Go to Control panel
- Click on Uninstall a Program Link.
- Look for any unwanted toolbars / softwares and click uninstall.
