AOL opens as usual, but I can't move from page 1 of the day's news stories. The arrows don't work and the bar at the top says: aol.com/#. AOL videos go to "connecting." but don't play. My AOL mail account works fine. There are no AOL problems using IE.

Problems started 2 days ago. I'm a low-tech sort, but have tried various fixes suggested in the help section. Currently using Firefox 9.0.1 with Adobe and Silverlight plug-ins. No add-ons. No known (to me) changes 2 days ago that could have caused this. What's the fix? Please advise.

Make sure that you do not block JavaScript

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).

Thanks for answering. All aspects of AOL have been working since yesterday evening, after another brief Firefox crash. I don't know how or why all of this happened, but I truly appreciate your response. Thanks again.
