I've been experiencing this issue for a while, i've tried different things (including turning on/off "Allow paghes to choose...") and none of them work. I've uninstalled all Adobe Fonts, which also didn't work. It's the same on all of my devices except my Phone where im logged in with my Firefox Account. It seems that the Font that is being used to replace the original is Helvetica Neue, if that helps at all. I don't remember ever changing any setting regarding fonts to that font so i'm clueless at this point as to where & when this could have been caused.

Is this an issue anyone else has faced or was able to solve?

Thanks for your help

I've included some pictures as reference to what is happening; Img 1 - minecraft.net - Poisonous Potato Update Img 2 - redbubble.com - Account Tiers & Fees

You can right-click and select "Inspect" to open the built-in Inspector with this element selected.

You can check in the Rules tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font-family is used for selected text. You can check in the Fonts tab in the right panel in the Inspector what font is actually used because Firefox might be using a different font than specified by the website. If the Fonts tab is hidden, click the Down arrow at the right end. You can expand the all used fonts section to see what font this is about.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Reset Windows fonts to default:

Windows Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Fonts > Font Settings > Restore default font settings.
