I am unable to attach my attachments. I have restarted TB with add-ons disabled but still can't attach anything. When I go to attach the file it freezes. The is not large and I have sent it same file yesterday. Can someone please advise? Thank you

Do you have an antivirus scanning outgoing mail? The TB profile folder should be added as an exclusion or exception to antivirus settings, even if it's Windows Security (Defender).

Hello Sfhomes, Thank you for your assistance. It cleared itself up. The cache may have been full form trying so many times.
