I assume you renamed the folder on the web server. If not you might want to do that. Microsoft has some odd quirks in their IMAP implementation, so the rename might not have made it to the server side of things.

Right click the account in the folder pane, select subscribe. IF you old folder name appears unsubscribe from it. Subscribe to the new name. close the dialog.
