Can not add E-mail account
I have one Email account which is working OK in TB. ([email protected]) I'm trying to add another Email account. The domain is the same as the one I already have, but Email address is different([email protected]).
When I tried, [email protected] seemed to be added to my account list. However, account settings had been changed to the same as those of [email protected]. Error message saying "The account name is already used" frequently pops up. These two accounts seems to be recognized as exactly the same account from TB. For example, when I changed account name [email protected] to [email protected], [email protected] was also changed to [email protected]. And when I restart TB, one of these accounts was automatically deleted, and I can only see the other.
Would someone please help me solve this error?

Post a screenshot of the Account Settings dialog so that we see what you see. Also, for testing purposes, create a new profile (do not delete the old/current one) and add the two accounts. In the add existing account dialog, make sure you're not using the same email address for both accounts. Use the respective email address for each of the two accounts because they are used as the unique account name in Tbird.
Thank you for your comment, Stan! As you recommended, I created a new profile and added the two accounts. It worked just fine! No errors. Errors are shown only when I add the account to the current profile. Can you tell how to fix the current profile? I'm reluctant to delete my current profile and create a new one. I have too many settings and accounts to restart from the beginning. (Please wait for screenshots. It contains privacy and it's not in English. It takes some time to make it publishable. )
