I ran a full, deep scan using my Norton. I have removed and reinstalled the entire program twice. The program and my computer were working perfectly until I received this update. When I do a reinstall, everything works for a few hours, then once again, the mouse will only hover and the computer loads everything the mouse passes over..it also highlights everything and other problems have ensued...my Norton icons would not work...I had to do an emergency recover to enable me run the deep scan and Erasure program. I do not have a virus. As soon as I got this update, it crashed my computer. Now the program is useless to me. I love Mozilla and use it for everything. I have Windows 7 and all the requirements. I have used Mozilla for many years. Thank you.

I updated Windows and downloaded the full Mozilla program in safe mode...SO FAR, I believe it is fixed. Yesterday I thought it was fixed but it reverted to the same problems in a few hours but my computer and Mozilla is running a lot better, so I believe this is fixed. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I have my favorite program back.

I am not sure when or how but, I discovered my Windows automatic update program was turned off. I had 21 Windows updates to take. I am sure this did not help my problems with Mozilla, either. THANKS AGAIN!

Glad to help. Safe Surfing.

Every few months, run the Windows Updater program manually. Just in case.

Thank you so much, I will be sure to do a manual every so often on my Windows updater. Everything seems to be running smoothly!
